Process operation and maintenance of automatic paper lunch box forming machine

Overview:

The automatic paper lunch box forming machine is a fully automatic equipment for the production of lunch boxes, which has the advantages of fast speed and convenient operation. This model uses its own hot air generator, which is suitable for single PE coated paper and double PE coated paper.

The automatic paper lunch box forming machine is used to produce disposable lunch boxes and takeaway boxes through continuous processes such as automatic paper feeding, heating (with hot air generator), roll forming (gluing the four corners of the lunch box), and automatic collection.

Operating procedures:

1. Turn on

2. Clean up the debris on and around the machine

3. The temperature of the glue machine should reach 170°C, and the glue tank should be filled with glue.

4. Adjust the box type to the specified parameters

5. Check whether the box sending belt is loose; check whether the oil level is normal

6. Check whether the glue nozzle is off; check whether the suction cup is intact

7. Open the compressed air valve

Precautions:

    Try not to use it in the following situations:

1. In the occasion of vibration and swing.

2. Places exposed to direct sunlight.

3. Places with high temperature, dust and humidity.

4. The AC power supplied to the machine should be well grounded to ensure safe use.   

5. It is strictly forbidden to use strong solvents (such as benzene, nitro oil) to clean the machine.    

6. Do not inject water and debris into the machine to prevent damage to electrical components and electric shock.    

7. The disassembly and adjustment of the display of the instrument can only be done by the unit approved by the Ministry of Metrology and the company.  

8. Check whether the safety doors are closed, turn on the emergency stop button, reset it, and press the start button.    

9. In the production process, check whether the quality of the molding meets the requirements, and check whether the glue tank is lack of glue.    

10. Shut down    

11. Press the stop button.    

12. Turn off the power and air source.

maintenance:

1. Do not add oil while moving parts are running.    

2. Before working on electrical equipment, make sure that the power supply is disconnected.    

3. Only work on pneumatic components when there is no pressure in the circuit.    

4. The environment around the equipment should be kept clean, free of debris, dirt, and materials stacked neatly.

5. Before production every day, clean the conveyor chain plates that are in contact with the cardboard with a wet towel.    

6. Every time the whole line is cleaned, the dust and other debris on the machine (including the conveyor belt) should be cleaned up, the trenches should be cleaned and scrubbed, and the ground should be scrubbed.
