What should we charge for your engineer?
You should charge for the cost of our engineer's visa, air tickets, hotel, food, and also their salary 100USD one day per person.
How long is your machine's warranty period?
All our machine have one year guarantee, starting from finished installation.
How could we do after one year warranty period?
We also can do service for you, but you need pay salary for my technician 100USD/day.
How could we do if the parts broken within warranty?
We would express the free replacement parts during the warranty date.
Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
Our factory is located in Ruian City,Zhejiang province China.
The nearest airport is Wenzhou airport(30mins driving).

We will send professional technician to your company to install the machine and train your staff until they could operate the machine independently.

How about the payment term?
For new customer, our payment terms is 30% T/T in advance before production, the balance 70% should be paid before delivery.
